Salut lovely one, Happy New Year,๐ŸŽ‰ hope you are well.I am great and so happy to be back with you ๐Ÿ˜ƒ.I know you are in the middle of figuring out how your year will be, so today I’ll give you an idea on how to break that boring, monotonous weekend plans you had last year. Weekend is a time to unwind & rest & this is how.

Nature Walk

As I have already talked about on my pod , walking is the most effective to stay psychologically healthy, if you are wondering where you can take that walk , relax ,exercise & reconnect with yourself, Karura is the place to go.Reason I go for mindful walks

Below I’ll give you directions & a budget & post pictures of what you can except to see.Your eye is different from mine, we may not have the same vision so,This is not a spoiler alert๐Ÿ˜ƒ.

Budget

Karura is an Urban Forest in Nairobi, easy access along Limuru Road. If you’re taking a matatu, the stage is in Koja (mat za Two-Rivers๐Ÿ˜œ). It will cost you Ksh50.Entrace fee For Kenyan adult is Ksh. 100. Snacks will cost Ksh. 200.
